The Educator Relationship Manager is responsible for both program optimization (Ambassador* Acquisition, engagement, and retention) and the modeling and reporting of Key Performance Indicators for various assigned loyalty efforts.  KPIs include Ambassador Engagement Hours/Activities and Ambassador Success Stories 


Your Respsonibilties Include

  • Evaluate and investigate opportunities that drive Ambassador loyalty.
  • Manage day to day activities associated with the overall success of the Ambassador Relationship Management Cadence and growth of the Ambassador Program
  • Manage portfolio of Ambassadors through Salesforce 
    • Serve as a subject matter expert (both internal and external) for all aspects of Ambassador Relationship Management 
    • Develop and manage external Cadence plans that support growth including new Ambassador Acquisition and existing Ambassador engagement optimization
    • Support Ambassadors Onboarding 
    • Coach Ambassadors on Professional Development of Empowered Tools for Classroom 
    • Proactively problem solve for Ambassadors and enhance the Ambassador experience 
    • Represent the SM capability in cross-functional projects as assigned
  • Develop relationships with Ambassadors to meet and respond to Ambassador needs in bringing Empowered to life in their classrooms and communities
  • Assist Ambassadors with growing Empowered through their community
  • Plan and coordinate monthly Ambassador meetings/knowledge shares to develop community and increase Ambassador engagement with Empowered
  • Act as a trusted partner for all customers and develop and maintain relationships with all key partners 
  • Apply continuous learning to gain a mastery of Empowered’s mission, curriculum and learning tools
  • Ambassadors are the most highly valued Empowered customer partners.  Ambassadors are leveraged throughout the organization including but not limited to donor calls, training, and curriculum development
