Empowered is seeking a Director of Product Management to be a leader of online learning and community engagement for educators. The Director of Product Management will drive innovation, development/management and the user experience of Empowered’s platform to evolve key components to aid in strategic growth efforts as well as improve upon customer support efforts. This Director will be knowledgeable on industry-leading technological solutions. As an experienced Director, the successful candidate will collaborate with the 3rd party vendors to help design, implement, and drive the user experience of the Learning Management System and community-facing features.
We are seeking a highly motivated, outcome focused, and like-minded individual to join our community. As a Director of Product Management, you will work directly with Empowered’s team members, 3rd party Product Managers, and developers to deliver high-value business solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment. A person with an inclination and aptitude to solve business problems by applying technical solutions would be ideal. You are passionate about simplifying the way teachers learn, access knowledge and prepare for facilitation and will continuously champion the voice of the educators as you own the user experience for all platform components. You will help define the user experience for components and coordinate with 3rd party Product Managers to implement a best in class, frictionless user experience for our educators, internal staff and donors.
