Overview

As a Business Systems Analyst,you will join a team working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and enhance system processes and integrations across the enterprise architecture supporting optimization of operational efforts.  This role will gather business requirementsdetermine optimal solutions, work with technical team to implement and test solutions, as well as train end users on process enhancementsThe successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using Salesforce and integrated platforms. Actions will influence efforts to educate, motivate, and mobilize people to join a growing community of social entrepreneurs and leaders who are helping millions advance their growth mindset. 

 

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Partner with leaders/stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective capturing of pertinent data through streamlined processes and integrations across all platforms
  • Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to gather and document requirements, ensuring they are met and incorporated into system design, deployment, and testing
  • Build and maintain highly collaborative relationships communicating technical strategy and implementation design to meet business vision
  • Define, analyze, and evaluate new enhancements, economically define potential solutions, assess business value, and prioritize aligning with business priorities
  • Analyze projects and production support requests – triage them and work with team to prioritize and adjust roadmap as necessary
  • Drive the system configuration balancing security, architecture, and support requirements, all while satisfying business needs
  • Ability to manage and assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and related applications, systems, and processes ensuring consistent, reliable operations
  • Handle administrative functions such as maintaining users - including roles, profiles, and permissions
  • Efficient with data management, cleansing, and enrichment practices and techniques
  • Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected users
  • Development of training materials for users growing Salesforce skill set across the organization 

 

Knowledge and Skills You Bring to the Organization

  • 2+ years of related CRM experience; minimum of 1 year utilizing Salesforce (Salesforce Certification a plus) 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related field or equivalent experience 
  • Experience becoming a subject matter expert on the features and capabilities of Salesforce and installed apps 
  • Experience in Salesforce implementation efforts following a standard software development lifecycle approach 
  • Experience articulating the technology and functionality available in Salesforce and Lightning components and advising on inherent best practice to leverage that technology 
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with both technical and non-technical teams 
  • A proven record of driving complex and cross-functional projects to their completion 
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
  • Commitment to the success of the team and the business 
  • Detail oriented with analytical & problem-solving skills 
  • Organized and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, as well as handling and prioritizing simultaneous requests 
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
